3. Cancellations

To maintain our scheduling standards, cancellations made less than 24 hours before a scheduled appointment may be subject to a professional cancellation fee.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively within the courts of Los Angeles County.

5. Professional Standards

We reserve the right to refuse service if working conditions are deemed unsafe for our specialized crew.
